In order to carry out any transaction through the “MiNiMiS” online store to make orders of the company’s products, the disclosure on your part of some of your personal details will be requested. When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your landline number (or whichever other phone you want), your email address, and in the case you choose for your payments to be made via credit card, the number, the expiration date of the card as well as the three-digit security code.

These data are processed by the company observing the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, with the purpose of the implementation of the order given by the customer and in no way will they be revealed, made public or sold to third parties, unless the procedure defined by the legislation for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) is initiated or any obligations deriving from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

Your personal details are disclosed to the competent bank (e.g. credit card number) and are DELETED from our database, immediately after the completion of your order, ensuring in this way an even greater level of security.
