Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After the aforementioned time has passed, the cancellation cannot be accepted.

Withdrawal

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to announce to us the reason for which you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 working days from the date you receive it, and specifically when it concerns many products in the same order from the delivery of the last one, while when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first one. In this case, you are only burdened with the direct cost of returning the products. In case the reason for your return concerns a mistake by the company, we commit to undertaking the cost of returning the product. The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing or electronically and “MiNiMiS” is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it receives it.

Following the declaration of withdrawal, “MiNiMiS” is obliged to refund the price it received at most within 14 days of the receipt of the products. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded if the customer had chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by “MiNiMiS”. The refund of money to the customer will be done by the same means by which the initial collection was made. Specifically in the case of a charge via credit card or PayPal as follows: in case the price has been paid to “MiNiMiS” by the Bank until the withdrawal and return of the item, “MiNiMiS” will be obliged to inform the Bank for the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed with every act provided for based on the contract it has drawn up with the customer. “MiNiMiS” following this information bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer to the same account of the customer. If the product returned has been paid for by cash on delivery, you will notify us of the bank account number where you prefer the refund (credit) of the amount we owe you to be made, provided we have received the product you have returned.

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, you have the obligation to complete and send the special “return form” that you will find here. You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, that is, without having worn it. Additionally, you must include the retail receipt, simultaneously with the submission of the withdrawal declaration. The return will be accepted only following approval by the company.

In case the reason for return concerns a mistake by the company, “MiNiMiS” commits to sending again by post to the address you have defined for us for the receipt of the order at its own expense. In the case that the consumer wishes to return their order without there being fault of the company, then the shipping costs burden the consumer themselves. From the moment the product leaves you, “MiNiMiS” receives it within 1-2 working days for returns within Greece and via ELTA or within 3-5 working days for returns from foreign countries via ELTA. In case you choose other transport companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the receipt times of the products you return to us. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about the way it will be handled. “MiNiMiS”, wishing to offer you the best possible service, gives you the right to submit any complaint electronically by completing the relevant contact form that you will find here.

In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, www.minimis.shop has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to proceed unilaterally and without any other formality to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.

Right of replacement

“MiNiMiS” cannot provide a right of replacement. In case the consumer wants to change the respective product, they are obliged to proceed with its return to the company and the realization of a new order. If the reason for return concerns a mistake by the company, the return cost burdens the latter. (Return possibilities: a) credit b) refund)

Detailed Return Guide

A necessary condition is that the product is in the same excellent condition in which you received it together with the retail receipt. The item you return must also be accompanied by the completed “return form” which you will find here within the exclusive deadline of fourteen (14) days.

Only unused, intact, intact MiNiMiS, in perfect and unaltered condition can be returned to us.

– Glass is sensitive and bad use can cause damage. If you travel, place the MiNiMiS product carefully. – For all Home Deco MiNiMiS products (vases, plates, bottles, large decorative objects e.t.c), we use bubble wrap for safe packaging. All MiNiMiS products should be delivered to the customer with safe packaging and in excellent condition. MiNiMiS is not responsible if any accident happens after bad use. – Metal parts must avoid contact with water, perfumes or liquids.

Personalized MiNiMiS products and MiNiMiS that have been realized following an order by the customer are not suitable for return.

Please note that MiNiMiS is a handmade technical product created with basic tools and traditional glass techniques in our workshop in Corfu. This means that two MiNiMiS can never be the same and the variations of colors, patterns and sizes, this is after all the normal characteristic of MiNiMiS.

Note 1: If we send you MiNiMiS that are defective or worn, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery of the package to ensure replacement. The normal return procedure does not apply in such cases. Note 2: For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns on earrings.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to check carefully at the moment of delivery of your order, the condition of the sold products and the intactness of their packaging, in order to ascertain any apparent defects. In the case that a defect is ascertained during the quality control on the product returned, the company owes to contact the consumer for the resolution of the issue.
